This project was a collaboration between Lark Design Studios and Roman and Williams duo Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch and is meant to be an annex to their nearby high end retail store, the RW Guild. With Standefer and Alesch serving as designers and client, Lark aided in design drawings, architectural finishes, and lighting procurement, as well as FFE procurement and construction coordination. The building is a listed landmark, which required all exterior renovations and graffiti removal to be light touch and respectful of the existing building. The project was completed in 2021. The hotel will offer four restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool with private cabanas and roughly 7,000 square feet of event space. There will be a full-service spa with private treatment rooms and hydro-thermal facilities, a fitness center and shops at the property as well.
